Terms of Service

Kreatormesh is a social-media management tool that lets you connect your social accounts to compose, schedule, publish, and analyze content across multiple platforms. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. Keep your sign-in method secure and notify us of any unauthorized use.

When you connect a third-party platform (such as TikTok, Meta, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Google Business Profile, Threads, or Bluesky), you authorize us to act on your behalf within the permissions you grant. Your use of each platform remains subject to that platform’s own terms and policies, and you agree to comply with them. We are not responsible for changes a platform makes to its API, availability, or policies.

You retain all rights to the content you create, upload, or publish through the Service. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content solely to provide the Service (for example, to schedule and publish it to the platforms you choose). You are solely responsible for your content and for ensuring you have the rights to publish it.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any law or the terms or policies of any connected platform.
• Publish spam, malware, or content that is unlawful, infringing, or abusive.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Misuse the AI features to generate prohibited, deceptive, or harmful content.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment provider. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice.

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Kreatormesh and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or to copy or resell the Service.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that posts will publish without error, that platform APIs will remain available, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kreatormesh will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service. On termination, the rights granted to you end and we will handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
