No. Claude has no access to your accounts. It reaches Instagram only through a connector you set up and can revoke at any time.
As a public https URL, not an upload. You pass the link and the platform fetches the file when the post publishes — which means the URL has to still be reachable at that moment, and KreatorMesh does not host it for you. Anything with a stable public link works: your own CDN, S3, Drive with link sharing.
